1/4 Beef Share - Approximately 100 lbs. of quality beef cut and wrapped.

WHAT CUTS DO I GET IN MY ORDER?

There is approximately 40-45 lbs. of ground beef, 25-30 lbs. of different cuts of steaks, and around 20-25 lbs. of roasts in a 1/4 share of beef.

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT CUTS I GET?

You choose the cuts you want. If you are unsure of what cuts to choose, we will gladly assist you in choosing what best suits your needs. We work closely with our butcher to assure that you get the best quality and cuts for your family.

PRICING:

The price for our beef shares are $7.75/lb. The price includes the cut and wrap and the butcher fees.

We do require a deposit of $500. The remainder will be calculated and due prior to delivery.
